LiveJam Media provides a platform for streaming live and recorded concert performances. We offer pay-per-view access to live events and replay content from partner venues.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to purchase and access streams. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final unless an event is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Tickets are non-transferable.

5. Streaming Access

Upon purchasing a ticket, you will receive access to the live stream and a 48-hour replay window. Stream quality may vary based on your internet connection.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not record, redistribute, or share stream content. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or attempt to circumvent any access controls.

7. Intellectual Property

All content streamed through LiveJam Media is owned by the respective artists and venues. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view purchased content for personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

LiveJam Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific event in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
